Heart is the key for real peace, calmness and joy.
Heart is the key for real truth.
Heart is the key to be close to True Source.

Whether you simply want to have more peace, calmness and joy in your daily life, or you want to be healthier physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually, or you want to make serious progress in your spiritual journey, heart is always the key.

Heart is also the key to our connection with True Source or Creator. We have to remember that every time we have a negative emotion, we are placing negativity into our hearts. When the negative emotion is gone or forgotten, the negativity within the heart is still there. How many times a day, a week, a month, or a year, do we have negative emotions, eventhough we do not show them? How often do we cleanse our hearts? Negativity kept on accumulating, closed our hearts and eventually reduced the quality of our connections to the True Source.

The easiest way to cleanse our hearts is by praying, asking for blessing from True Source so that negative energies and emotions in our hearts can be cleansed. By doing this, we can feel how our hearts feel lighter, open wider and we are happier in our everyday life. Of course, the quality of our connection to True Source will improve greatly not only because our hearts are cleaner and open bigger, but because we have been relying more on True Source.

True Source, we thank You for all the blessings we have been receiving.

True Source, please bless our hearts so that all anger and related negative energy be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless our hearts so that all arrogance and related negative energy be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless our hearts so that all jealousy, envy and related negative energy be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless our hearts so that all greediness, cunningness and related negative energy be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless our hearts so that we realize that we have to forgive each other to be closer to You. Bless us to be able to forgive sincerely all the people who have done wrong to us.

Realize all the people who have done wrong to you, even if they are still hurting you, and forgive them one by one, sincerely.

True Source, by forgiving those who have done wrong to us, bless our hearts so that all resentment, hate, sorrow, hurt feelings, dissatisfaction, irritation and other negative emotions that are caused by those people, and related negative energy, be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless us so that we realize that Your Love always forgives. Bless us to be able to realize all of our mistakes to You and others, to regret and ask for forgiveness for all of our mistakes wholeheartedly.

Be aware of all the mistakes you have made, one by one, regret them and ask for forgiveness.

True Source, forgive us for all of our mistakes, done purposefully or not. Bless our hearts so that all fears, worries and burdens caused by our mistakes, and related negative energy, be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless our hearts so that all negativities and impurities that have kept us away from You all this time, together with their seeds and roots, be removed from our hearts and ourselves, and push away to wherever they are supposed to be and be replaced with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless us so that Your Love and Light fill our hearts, strengthen our hearts, feeling, compassion and longing for You so that we can feel, enjoy and appreciate Your Love. Let our whole hearts and whole selves be filled with calmness, peace, happiness and Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless, guide and help us so that all of our thoughts, words and actions are always in accordance with Your Love and Light.

True Source, bless us so that we can become Your instrument in distributing Your Love and Light to others unconditionally.

True Source, may all beings love You completely and continuously.

True Source, please accept our love.

Offer your love to True Source with all your heart, soul and mind.

True Source, let Your Love and Light radiate without limit, fill, illuminate and purify all beings, the entire Earth, the Universe and all existences.
